Registration

2009-2010 DANCE SEASON

Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Students must be registered prior to taking their first class.
Please confirm space and level/age appropiateness prior to registering.
New students are required to register in person during office hours.
Registration can be done at either location regardless of which studio you will be taking classes at.

TO REGISTER
1. Contact us and request a copy of the Registration Package...we will send it to you by mail or email.
2. Complete, sign and return registration form and recital form (see link below) with Term 1 payment

OFFICE HOURS
Tuesdays 2pm-7pm - CBS location
Wednesdays 4pm-8pm - St. John's
Thursdays 2pm-7pm - St. John's location
Staurdays 9am-2pm - CBS location
